PCcloser shuts down your PC automatically at a given time. This is suggestive, for example if you are downloading a huge file but aren't sitting in front of your screen all the time. If you know, how long the download will take, you can use PCcloser to shut down the PC when it is finished. Another applicability: Many people listen to audio books, played by the PC, in order to fall asleep. The problem: Once you sleep, the PC keeps running until the next morning. PCcloser produces relief: When you wake up the next morning, your PC has been shut down properly. This saves electricity, is healthier (because a running PC desiccates the air) and you don't wake up in the middle of the night because of a roaring fan.
